How to order your repeat prescriptions

We have been advised by NHS England to switch to Patient Access with immediate effect for ordering of medication.  We apologise for any inconvenience. This service will allow you to order Medication, book appointments and view your medical records online 24 hours a day. You can register for our online services here.

It can also be requested using:

The tear-off side-slip from a previous prescription (tick the items needed)
or
A written note with name, date of birth, contact telephone number and list of items needed.

You can send in your prescription request via Royal Mail, ensuring that you post at least 5 working days in advance to allow for any delays.

For your safety we do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.  

Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription. Anything ordered after 17:00 on any working day will not begin processing until the following working day.

Some chemists will arrange to collect regular prescriptions for you. Please ask at your regular chemist for details.
