• Asthma and COPD Clinic – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please use our online form. If your symptoms are deteriorating or you are having any concerns please make an appointment with our Nurse.
• Blood Pressure Monitoring – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit your blood pressure readings on a regular basis please use our online form.
• Childhood Vaccinations & Immunisations
• Chlamydia Screening
• Contraception services (General Advice, Emergency Contraception, Coils and
  Implant Fitting) – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review please use our online form.
• ECG
• Health Checks
• Immunisation

• Smoking Cessation – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a smoking review on a regular basis please use our online form form.
• Travel Clinic
• Warfarin clinics for patients whose INR is stable
